Abstracts

Abstract submission and publication

All abstracts must be written and presented in English (British spelling). Linguistic accuracy is the responsibility of the authors. Abstracts must not exceed 2,250 keystrokes, including title, names and affiliations. Please do not include tables, figures, keywords, or references. The presenting author should be indicated clearly, with his/her name underlined.

Abstracts must contain a clear statement of the purpose of the work, the methods used, the results, and conclusions. Results should be presented in sufficient detail to support the conclusions drawn. Reviewers will be advised to reject abstracts that do not contain objective data, since it is very difficult to evaluate the suitability of these abstracts for presentation. The decision on acceptance/rejection by the EMCA-2021 Scientific Committee is final.

Authors may suggest their contribution as oral or poster presentation, and to a session theme. Selected reviewers with a high level of expertise in the relevant fields will decide whether abstracts are accepted (with amendments, if necessary) and, if accepted, whether they should be presented orally or as posters. They will also assign abstracts selected for oral presentation to the most appropriate sessions of the conference.

Submit your abstract(s) at:
https://OASES.WageningenAcademic.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=inloggen.inloggen&cgr_id=150.

All accepted abstracts will be published as conference proceedings in an Open Access JEMCA Supplement which will be available before the start of the conference.

Update: Deadline for abstract submission is extended to August 23rd.
